During a presale inspection, we were told it has a leak at the pan and possibly at the front seal. About how much does this repair run?

Depends on who does it. The pan should take about 90 minutes to fix. The front seal should be just about the same. You'll need new oil and filter for the pan and new coolant for the front seal.
