My Lexus RX 300 2003 High beam headlights are not working. High beam indicator comes on in instrument panel when the handle push forward or reverse but the High beam headlights do not turn on. Day time running lights (Are same high beam bulbs) works fine. I have checked all the fuses but no luck. Any help will be appreciate.

Does the car have HID headlights? If so, your ballast/ignitors/connectors could be shot.
See the guide below on testing wiring, it will help
The wiring diagrams for your headlights are attached below

HI, I saw a response, you gave, to another RX 300 Lexus owner about the high beams not working. Can you please send me the diagram of the engine fuses too.
Thanks
Waterjunkie.

Both high beams fail to come on when I pull the stalk even though the high-beam indicator on the instrument panel lights up. I looked at the fuses but didn't see one for both high beams, just individual lights. All of them seemed fine.

Hello pmyeic
The headlight relay is under plastic screwed down cover behind fuses.
Look like this:
