Had an alignment done at a Lexus dealership because I was getting severe camber wear on the inside of the front tires. Got the car back with the before and after specs from the alignment, and replaced the front tires. My wife noticed the steering wheel was turned to the left when driving straight down the road, so I took it back to the dealership for them to fix it again. They straightened the steering wheel, but now my front tires are chewed up the same way as before. The dealership never gave me a print out of the alignment for the steering wheel fix. They are claiming the alignment was done and good, but can't show me the proof and I'm out two tires again.
Shouldn't the car have been re aligned when the steering wheel was straightened, or do you think they just used a quick fix?
