my 03 landrover freelander can be driven for about 25 miles at a time before it starts to lose power and will eventually die. It then has to sit for about 3 hours (depending on the weather) before it can repeat the same process...it is extremely consistent quitting normally 23-28 minutes after starting. It can be started back after the initial breakdown but any attempt to press the gas pedal results in no acceleration, but only making the vehicle quit and sometimes upon starting it back it will die without touching the pedal at all...please help
