2003 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY

fuse for flashers keeps flowing out on Land Rover when I put a new one in.

You have to have a short. Start by checking light sockets to make sure none have melted and are shorting out. After that, you need to check the wiring for skinned wiring, broken wires... Not a fun job.
