Proportioning valve was leaking, replaced it. Aslo replaced master cylinder less than 1 year ago. there's no air in lines. Pedal is up and hard a rock, but as soon as I turn the key and electronics kick on I lose the pedal completely. Any ideas?

air still in the lines. you may need to have the system pressure bled.
