2003 Kia Spectra Get Door Open Remove Drivers Will Electric Key Open

How do i get the door to open. I need to remove the drivers door .it will not open. It is electric .The key will not open the door. I removed the panel and the lock system had fallen apart and is rusted out. Cant make it work. I have a replacement door. I cant get the door open to remove it and put the new one on.

You need to find the latch release mechanism. Since lock system has fallen apart, the linkage should still be there. Pull/push at the linkage to see if works.
