turn signal flasher location

I have a 2003 kia spectra and my flashers wont work. My blinkers work but not my flashers

Hello,

It looks like the flasher is located under the dash on the drivers side up towards the top. Here are some diagrams including the fuse box diagram to help you get the problem fixed.
