When using Front or rear washer fluid, I get no fluid, but all wipers

Washer pump gets warm/hot & tubes are clear. are Replaced the fluid pump. That Wasn't it. Power is getting to the pump. Switch and relay are expensive. How can I tell which is the problem.

Your getting power are you also getting a ground to the pump?

Yes. I get a good connection. (All) of the wipers to move together, when I use the front or the rear fluid position.

So if your getting power and ground to the washer pump and the pump is good then why isnt it working atleast the pump aways?That makes no sense.Does the pump make any kind of noise at all when being turned on?
