2003 Kia Sorento Randomly Rattling Noise Coming Passenger Side Under Dash Makes

My sorento randomly has a rattling noise coming from the passenger side under the dash. It makes the noise whether I'm driving or idleing. Sounds like a bad blower motor but it makes the sound even if the blower is off haha! Any ideas?
