2003 Kia Sorento Heating There Hot Air Coming Outside Dash Board Vents

We have a problem with the heating. There is hot air coming outside the dash board vents but cold air out the foot vents. Can anyone advise please.

blend door motor has failed for the floor. have it checked to make sure its the motor and not the control module
