power lock systems for kia sorento 2003 (A)

Helo,
i have problem for power lock system. when i lock the door,all doors are lock including back door but the window back is not lock. its not working i mean the indicator is 'on' appears at dash board. how to solve it? tq

You will have to see if the lock actuator is geeting power and ground when locking the doors.If it is and the actuator is inop then you have a bad actuator.
