Do you now have compression? Which gaskets have oil, the head gaskets?

If the heads were properly tightened, then you need to check if something is warped.

It went from no compression to 150? I am aware of a wet compression test, but never seen one make that big of a change. Basically, (I guess) the rings are shot.

Okay... nothing we discussed makes sense to me. However, if it is running fine and there are no low end noises and the oil pressure is good, I will say it should be fine.
