have misfire on #1 and # 4 cylanders, changed plugs, wires, coil, checked for vacume leak found one in plenum change lower half , have any suggestions thankyou

start with a compression test to verify the motor is good.

check fuel pressure as well.

check the injectors and wiring as they can contribute to this issue as well.
