2003 Kia Rio Shift Gears Wheels Feel There 1 Direction Car Another Direction

when I shift gears, my wheels feel like there going in 1 direction and my car is going another direction. I checked struts, Axels, motor mounts, bearings. I hear creaking noises. someone got underneath and looked at it. they said that they seen a missing plate?
could this be causing the problem? steering box? transmissions not bolted down right?. what could be causing this?

have a pro check this out for a better opinion. it may be a bad axle shaft or motor/trans mount.
