Gotta hold your computer closer to the car so I can hear it better. One possibility for the clunking is an emissions system solenoid coming to the end of its cycling after the ignition switch is turned off. The Engine computer could be performing a test on a component and that test might have to be run when the engine is still hot. The ticking is most likely the tin heat shields or exhaust pipe cooling down and contracting. That is actually real common on any car.
