2003 Kia Optima door locks

2003 KIA OPTIMA

I tried to reply to the question on line but I had to sign up, I guess I have to repeat the question. Passenger door, the lock tried to open but won't, locks ok. A answer to the question already there said to disconnect switch, but does says mech or electrical.

If it is electric, then the actuator most likely is bad.
