Is there an specific "Idle Air Control Valve" for a Jeep Wrangler 2003?

Yes. Each car has a specific part. You cannot interchange with different brands.

When I turn on the motor, it seems like if I were pressing the accelerator, the MPH goes to 20,000. So I turn it off and on again and then it feels ok :(

It could the motor is sticking. Get someone to remove it, clean it and the passages in the throttle body. When you are done, make sure you remove a battery cable to turn the computer stupid. It will re learn how to run right.

Some one clean it for me (im not sure if he did the battery cable thing.) It worked for 1 day then the problem went back. That is why he recommended to get a new one, but I dont know which one to get
