hi I have a 2003 box truck with a 6 litter gmc gas engine and it would be the right tempature a lower speeds but on the highway it would heat up now that I replaced the fan clutch it runs hot even at lower speeds and will cool down if I turn the inside heat on high steve

The cooling system is working below efficiency. Check the radiator for clogging.
