losing water

We have an 2003 International that is losing water and no leak is visible. Help! It has not run hot yet - we just keep adding water or antifreeze. The truck has been to Raney's Truck repair and cannot locate the problem. About a week ago the oil pressure dropped to zero, Raney's put on a new sensor but we are still losing water!

No external leak-check the oil if its mixing with the water. If not get it block and pressure tested to find out more-that water is going somewhere, could be burning in the cylinders
