The knock sensor is located under the intake manifold in between the cylinder head on the block. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

I need to know how to replace this sensor for my infinity, the adelphi brand is way cheaper than the dealer part would it work the same? A diagram of the location of the sensor would help or directions on how to insall it. Thank you much love.

Knock sensors are attached with one bolt through the centre and one loom plug, they are quite easy to fit, see pic for location and view of the sensor.

The act of actually changing the sensor may be easy but getting access to it in the first place is not. The entire upper and lower intake manifold have to come off to access it and that is a big job.
