rpms go up but the car slowly accelerates

When I put it in gear i press the gas and the rpms go up but the car slowly accelerates. does this in every gear. done nothing yet. Today im taking the deley valve out and draining the clutch and putting new dot3 in it I have a

The clutch is slipping and changing the clutch fluid is not going to help.

You would need to have the clutch replaced.
