my steering wheel shakes when I'm at a complete stop and the car is in drive

Yes, when I'm driving. But when I'm stopped in drive, it doesn't run rough, but everything shakes.

does it shake if you put it in neutral? what is the rpm in neutral. does it shake in reverse at stop?

it does not shake in neutral. The rpms in neutral is normal, below 1. It also shakes in reverse.

have you tried opening hood and putting hand on engine while in park to see if you can detect any roughness? you could also have someone put car in reverse with brake on and feel engine again. also forgott ask if this occurs while engine is hot or cold or it dont matter.
