2003 Hyundai Sonata power door locks

With the remote key chain the doors will unlock but they will not lock with or without the remote. If I try to lock the doors manually, with the lock on the interior of the door from either the drivers side or the passengers side the doors will not lock. The doors will unlock with the remote and interior door switch.
