Harmonic Balancer

I am working on a 2003 Hyndi Santa Fe V6 and the harmonic balancer came off. Question. Do I have to remove the crankshaft pulley as well and replace the crankshaft pulley with the balancer? Never did one of these before.

Well the damper is one piece balancer and pully
