Light of dashboard and AC buttons is not working

My car's dashboard lights and lights on gear and AC button doesn't get on when I start my car I have press or push the button from which we control the brightness of light I don't know where is the problem ? Please solve my problem

Are the taillights working when switch is turned on? If not, you either have a blown fuse, faulty taillight relay or light switch.
