My car is running rough at idle at all temps. The check engine light was on and two codes came up for it the first was for the throttle position sensor and the other was for one of the banks running rich. I replaced the sensor and had the codes reset. It was still runs rough at idle and both codes showed up again.

Does it run poorly at any time other than when it is at an idle? Have you checked fuel pump pressure to make sure the regulator is working and pressure isn't too high?

Since the engine is running rich, I would check it to make sure the pressure isn't too high.
