CENTRAL LOCKING SYSTEM NOT WORKING AND EVEN THE SECURITY SYSTEM INSIDE THE CAR MAKES CONTINUOUS BEEPING SOUND. THE ENGINE CANT BE TURNED ON. WHAT TO DO?
