What is the code 15-01 faulty opds means

I have a 2003 Honda Pilot that was in an accident on the passanger side and the passanger seat belt locked and i replaced the seat belt and airbag light won't turn off.

What do i need to replace so the airbag light can turn off?

code 15 is output signal which means at one point car cranked too long without starting 01 is oxygen sensor
