2003 Honda Odyssey tail lights don't turn on

After installing an after market radio the dash and tail lights don't come on. When using the remote starter the lights do turn on. Alarm locks and beeps but no lights flash,only when using the remote stater. checked all the fuses can't find any of them blown?
