Your IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE may have gone bad. It was a common problem for most 99-04 Odyssey's.
If you can; open it up and clean it out with some cleaner spray, or just replace the whole IAC Valve.
Maybe the Folks who work here can provide you with a diagram for it.
