Hi,
It sounds like a tire balance issue, a tire issue, or a bent rim. Have you inspected the tires recently? Since it is felt in the steering, it is likely related to the front tires/wheels.
First, check the condition of the tires to make sure they are worn evenly. Take a look at this link:

If the tires are worn evenly, the next step is to check for damage to the tire itself. Check for bulges, and indications of shifted belts which can cause higher spots on the tire or anything out of the ordinary.
If that checks good, then you should have the tire balance checked. When you have this done, ask the person doing it to also make sure you don't have a bent rim.
