2003 Honda Crv Battery Went Dead Had Jumped Took Charge Related

battery went dead and had it jumped......took a charge no battery related problems....however, now some of dashboard indicators don't work including speedometer/tachometer/fuel level indicator/coolant indicator and two indicator lights keep flashing (brake and maintenance required lights) ....could it be a fuse? or something else........

give it some time as the power loss has effected different areas. the bcm controls these functions and may need to re learn.
