HAVE YOU PULLED THE DIPSTICK AND CHECKED YOUR OIL LEVEL AND ALSO CHECKED YOUR COOLANT LEVEL.....WEEKLY---AS MOST EVERY OWNER'S MANUAL FOR ANY VEHICLE PRESCRIBE'S?

THE LIGHT IS SUPPOSED TO COME ON IF OIL PRESSURE GETS LOW-------DUE TO LACK OF OIL----A FAULTY/ FAILING OIL PUMP----EXCESSIVE ENGINE WEAR----OR BEST CASE.....A FAULTY SENDING UNIT

CONTINUING TO DRIVE WITH NO OIL PRESSURE WILL SURELY DAMAGE YOUR ENGINE!

YES...... DEFINITELY CHECK YOUR OIL LEVEL!!!!!

KEEP US POSTED......IF THINGS DON'T LOOK UP AND YOU NEED MORE INFO WE'LL DO WHAT WE CAN

GOOD LUCK AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!

When the light is on, do you hear any knocking or ticking from the engine? If not, you may just have a bad oil sending unit. Let us know.
