I'm original owner of 2003 civic 1.7L 5-speed. Just had clutch replaced but there is still a noise like bad bearings(s) coming from clutch/tranny area. When I depress the clutch pedal, the noise stops. When I release the pedal, the noise returns. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Bearings in transmission most likely need to be replaced. I have the same issue with my Accord with half the miles. I am considering running a thicker weight oil until I can pull it out to replace the bearings. It may be easier for you just to find a used transmission to throw in.
