i am having problem in gear shifting the gears are changing at 3500 rpm...how to reduce it ??

i having problem in my gear shifting....i have honda civic prosmetic 2003 and my gear shifts at 3500 rpm .....so how to solve this problem.... i have also checked my auto gear oil....so what should i do ???

Do you have a check engine light?

Transmission fluid level and condition good-have it further checked by a transmission specialist by performing a pressure test

i have done the computerized scanning of my car and its saying that input shaft (main shaft) malfunction and the speed sensor failure....so what does this means and should i rely on this computerized scanning?
