Do you have the trouble correct? EGR valve is located at the rear of the engine. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

This trouble code is not found in our database.

What is the engine code?
Is the model of vehicle correct? For this model the EGR is as located in the postion described.

For some models the EGR is located at end of engine, next to the valve cover.

Hi ROMYSPEC, I have the same Year and model as you and I cannot find the egr valve. YouTube videos say remove the air box and it should be there but it’s not. Any idea where it is or even if this car has one. Thanks

Hi Ken, this is my car. Engine D17A1 I’ve read doesn’t have an EGR valve, engine D17A2 does. I’ve tried everything to try to get rid of #2 misfire and I’m over it. Thanks for responding so quickly.
