2003 Honda Civic Car trouble

Hi, when driving car feels like it's been held back by something (I.E) like some one is pressing the brakes ever so slightly, dash board has no warning lights on there's no funny smells engine runs fine and car runs great other than this problem which came about a few days ago, I've being looking online about this and it's pointing me in the direction of either the calipers/braking system or the drum brakes on the back.
