I changed the thermostat, radiator cap, and coolant temp sensor located on the thermostat housing, still over heating and couldn't find any leaks, the radiator fans arent coming on, I wpred them directly to the battery and the come on so I don't believe its the motors, so what do I need for the fans tp come on. And the A/C and heater don't work so I cant check the fans that way.

Have a pro pressure check your cooling system it may be a head gasket leaking.
