2003 Honda Civic Car Drive Fine Only That M On Freeway Over 70 75mph

The car drive fine but the only problem is that when I'm on the freeway and go over 70-75mph the car starts to shake. Why is that and how can I fix it?

Start by checking tire balance and if any of the rims are bent. Also, check to make sure there are no shifted belts in the tires.
