2003 Honda Accord Reservoir Tank Been Low Recently Even Parked Just Gets Low

My reservoir tank has been going low recently and even when parked, it just gets low. of course I know it's a possible leak but havent noticed it drop on the ground. There is no signs of dark milky color in the oil either. but then i noticed that around a spot under my hook close to the ground, there's a damp spot. what could this be?

get the cooling system pressure tested this will help locate any minor external leaks, start here.
