Hello - I wanted to ask this question if I can get some "background" info. My car, 03 Honda Accord V4, wont start immediately when it's cold outside. When I say immediately, I mean if I wait and let the car stand (without attempting to start it) for 20-30 min after the first attempt, the engine often will start. The car does start perfectly if it's considerably warm outside (above -10C, or 14F) or if the engine is already warm. The engine does crank a little bit and then stops, and if I try 3-4 times to start it within like 2 min, the engine will not crank, and the only thing you can hear is the fuel pump relay when the switch is turned to ON; so the more "time" I give the car between each attempt, the more cranks the engine does trying to start itself.

I've been to a mechanic, and I will drop-off the car to his place soon, his first "Look" was that the problem is weird and he will start with an engine tune-up, and figure out what is the problem. But I asked the question to know if someone had this problem before, so I can avoid any unnecessary repairs, since the car drives great.
