2003 Honda Accord heat

2003 HONDA ACCORD

So I was in the car everything was fine went to turn heat on and it wouldn't but it was working 20 min prior. Defrost none of that works now but the heated seats do ??? What should I do it freezing out please help

is it blowing any air at all? or is it just blowing cold air? or will it not switch from floor to defrost?
