Where is a fan relay? It that the electrical radiator relay ?

2003 Honda accord - When engine is turned off the fan continues to remain on for along period of time. When returning to start the car has to get a jump to battery in order to start. It was suggested the fan relay may be stuck. Where is a fan relay?

The only information to hand say that it is located in the under hood relay box, the box lid will identify which relay is which.
