Front HVAC blower stays on EVEN after car is off (keys out). 40 amp fuse will shut it off, but doesn't seem to be root issue. Clearly something telling it to stay "on". Is there a relay I can replace on a "worth a try" basis? Access to fan thru pass side hsg looks like p.i.t.a...

blower resistor is most likely bad. i bet the connector is melted from overheating shorting the system
