had both cv axles replaced, now have bad vibration in front, parts were from napa. what could be the problem? could the mechanics put them on the wrong sides?

as long as it was put together correctly and aligned it shouldn't vibrate or if the center support bearing was loosened then not retightened. unless there is another problem that you may have thought that was the problem and it wasn't. take it back and have mechanic recheck it . shouldn't cost anything and if screwed up he should fix it.

forgot to mention that my 2/4 wheel light indicator was blinking only after a couple days after this work was done, do you think maybe they over torqued the cv axles and burnt the Bearings? If this was the case, will this cause future problems with the transfer case? thank you for whatever info you can provide. B. Cossin

no it won't hurt the bearings if the light was blinking have auto parts scan for codes to see if they can pick anything up . you might check motor and trans mount as well they could have broken. also switch tires from front to back. it may be a tire issue as well.
