My motor feels weak it won't go pass 70 mph and that's it and when I go up on an incline it drops speed I mean foot will have the gas pedal all the way down it takes forever to pick up speed

Check for a plugged catalytic converter, check for tune up, if the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned for trouble codes... My first check would be for a plugged catalytic converter
