It sounds like there it could be a wiring issue with the instrument harness.
First check all the fuses both under the dash and the under the hood.
Several fuses controls the many of the gauges.

If the fuses checks out, take a look at the wiring harness for the cluster. You could have a short in the circuit or a corroded terminal. You need to verify if you are getting power to the harness.
Trace the wires to find any open or short for the cluster harness. See attached wiring schematics.
