2003 Gmc Sierra Changed Both Window Motors Now Windows Down Spartically Way

Changed both window motors but now windows go up and down spartically and when window is all the way up it still sounds like the motor is running. What else can I change ?

have it scanned to see if module is ok don't change anything until you find out from scan
