fuel pump doesn't hum

2003 gmc sierra 6.0 has new starter, new battery, have checked all fuses, senors and relays but still won't start. ignition not engaging starter. fuel pump doesn't hum when ignition is engaged either.

The fuel pump doesn't hum when ignition is engaged either? could it be an ignition problem or fuel pump?

Check all fuses if okay, have the ignition switch tested-
